- Came across TK Contractors website by chance. I asked for quotation online and Sng immediately responded although it was only for a simple renovation for a 2-room BTO. It was easy to work with Awlad, the project manager, and his team. They … More are very accommodating with simple request. Happy to recommend their services.
- Alhamdulillahi robbil alamiin!!
Reyad, Monir and the team nailed it! My kitchen cabinet is beautiful. The simple layout cabinet combination everything is spot on! The quality of the cabinets, and I have good storage. I just love it! I … More receive many compliments on how beautiful and functional it is. Thank you so much TK Contractors plus their carpenters plumbers and electricians. Specially to Monir and Reyad both are very responsive in communication and work. Awesome!!👍👍👍👍👍 - Loving TK Contractors. Mr Sng and his team are very efficient and reliable. My renovation only takes 2 weeks to complete. And best part is that I last minute requested to change 4 aircons. They ordered, purchased and installed within 2 … More days!! Power!! Electrical works, they also completed in 2 days. And I last minute requested to change a door and because they have their in house team to do it, they do for me within few days.
Mr Sng was also very honest and helpful. From enquiry to quote to deploying his team to handle my tuition centre renovation, it was smooth and pleasant. Very thankful to have found his company and engaged them.
Definitely will look for them for any renovation work. Very reliable, fast and responsive. I really enjoyed the whole process. 🤝🤝🙏 Thank you very much 🥰 - TK Contractors did a good job to design and install custom vanity cabinets for my 3 toilets. The project was a bit complicated as we need to coordinate with the HIP people for sink installation and plumbing works. However, the coordinator … More Ms. Khine was very helpful and patient throughout the process and the TK team came down several times for site survey and measurement before the actual installation. I really appreciate the help and timely response offered by her. We really like the cabinets. Thank you very much!
- Great experience with TK contractors! Kline assisted with the coordination promptly. With arrangement of the on-site measurement and building of the kitchen top cabinet. Everything was so smoothly arranged, once cabinet was built up, they … More came down n fixed it up in less than 3 hrs. Fast n nicely done job! Thumbs up 👍 for TK Contactors !
- I like to commend Anton from TK Contractors for his great service. He took over the job from his colleague who has left, half way the project. Therefore I believe there were some challenges for him since he was not there from the very beginning. … More However, Anton was prompt in his responses and he tried his very best to address any issue that cropped up.
Appreciate greatly your effort, Anton
Also, I am very happy with the design and quality of the wardrobes and kitchen cabinets done by TK Contractors. - Ms. Khine has provided outstanding service from the very beginning. Her quick responses and readiness to address all my inquiries were truly impressive. The carpenters and electrician worked efficiently, and their craftsmanship was excellent. … More Despite it being Chinese New Year, they successfully completed the built-in wardrobe.
- We engaged TK Contractor for our office renovation project and found the experience to be generally satisfactory. The team was patient, approachable, and willing to go the extra mile by accommodating to our last minute request, helping … More with additional tasks such as permit applications and liaising with third parties.
Although there were some challenges along the way, we truly appreciate their effort and dedication in seeing the project through to completion. 👍👍 - Thank you Alwad and TK contractors for doing up our wardrobe and the paint job nicely. After I decided on the colors and design, they helped to execute and complete the assignment swiftly, although there was a minor mismatch overall very … More happy with the outcome (very well built, sturdy wardrobe). Definitely recommend them.
- Shakil and his team helped me lay new tiles. They were extremely responsible and flexible. We had wet weather in November which made it difficult to work but they adjusted their schedule to take advantage of dry days. They angled the tiles … More to ensure quick water flow. Mosaic contractors can sometimes be tough to deal with; not these guys who were solid and had no airs.
- Excellent job by TK's Mr Araf and his inter-disciplinary in-house team for full reno of resale unit. Well within time and cost. Great comunication. As a forty year veteran in construction industry I recommend TK's Mr Araf … More and his team to anyone wanting quality and cost efficiency for their reno works. Well done TK!
- Our project at church to replace 5 old wooden sliding partitions which were rusty, and heavy to open and to close has been assisted by Monir. We know that this project is not an easy task as we required specific requirement based on our … More current needs. Monir from TK Contractor has been assisting us patiently and came everyday to monitor the work and making sure that new sliding partitions have been installed properly and without any issue. The quality of the workmanship was very well done, and our new wooden sliding partitions are very smooth and light to slide in opening and in closing the partitions. We would like to commend Monir for his professionalism in his work and TK contractor as a reliable contractor and transparent with the cost.
- I surveyed and contacted 5 contractors before deciding on TK Contractor for my small bathroom renovation project. Awlad the project manager is very transparent on what needs to be done, he does not over promise like many other contractors. … More He bothered to head down to my place to do site survey before making a quotation whereas many other contractors would like you to commit before even making a site visit.
The timeline was flexible given my work schedule. The deposits and payment schedule is fantastic, no 100% payment terms before work starts.
The workers that worked on my bathroom renovation, Abu and Reyad, they are very trustworthy and reliable with their workmanship. They took the time to explain their work process rather than treating the client as idiots. They are willing to go above and beyond their work requirement to provide the best quality the client expects.
Overall I am very pleased with TK contractor from start to finish. If I can turn back time, I would have chosen them to work on my whole house renovation rather than go with a ID.
Thank you once again Awlad, Abu and Reyad. God bless. - Sink cabinets were rusted/water damaged and TK were one of the only places willing to replace this for me given how small the job was + not living in a condo (ended up less small because the sink top had to be replaced too).
Ended up also … More replacing some wardrobe drawers, shelves, and shelf supports and was very appreciative that they looked at my concerns and gave good solutions to the issues (shelves needed to be thicker, supports given were bigger to hold more weight). The replacement of the sink cabinet did take a while as the sink top is done by another company but they always tried to accommodate to my work schedule. Also kept asking how well their material will withstand water and they made sure to provide quality material.
It’s been a few months and so far so good, even had someone check air quality in my uni recently and happy to report no formaldehyde issues even with the new cabinets and shelving installed - Had the privilege of working with Shakil and his team for a mini renovation project at my place.
The entire renovation process are smooth and well done. He has been consistently responsive to our inquiries and has shown dedication in meeting our needs. The quality … More of workmanship on the built-in wardrobe, wall extension, and other tasks such as light replacements, wiring adjustments, and toilet installations is commendable. Overall, we are satisfied with the level of service provided.
- Once again, TK contractors did an excellent job in electrical works - it was no small feat that they managed to finish a relatively large job within a day as promised, they worked with me to ensure all light were fitted properly and assured … More me that it will be easy to change the bulbs on my own if there are any issues. I highly suggest you check with TK Contractors before accepting a much higher price from your ID for electrical works.
- I recently renovated one bedroom in my HDB apartment. Scope of work included the demolition of existing cabinets and wood floor laminate. Next was the reloation of wall power sockets, installation of new wardrobe and finally the laminate … More flooring. The electrician and laminate flooring contractor were very experience and friendly. The job was completed and delivered within 2 weeks as promised. It was a job quite well done.
- Shakil and team did a great job renovating our toilets and kitchen. The renovation process went smoothly and they were patient, friendly, and cooperative throughout. Shakil is very responsive towards our questions and we were assured by … More the team’s reliability. Thank you for the good work!
- 1st time trying TK Contractors to just have a simple renovation on my common bedroom. Shakil was very responsive to all our responses, even on the weekends. This is the most important aspect if you want to be on a contractor business. … More The workers are very good, takes their job with pride and professionalism, along with Shakil in the background instructing them what to do. Even simple rectifications not included in the quotation, the workers are more than happy to help without complains. - Araf was so efficient and patient with all our request and last minute changes. He was also mindful of our budget and informed us early about which job is not necessary so we could save cost. We contacted TK on Thur, Araf came down the … More next day to do a site visit and clarified all the projects we needed. He did the quotation over the weekends and started demolishing on Monday. Smooth communication about everything because we did a lot of jobs i.e. removal of wardrobe, build new wardrobe, install Turkish lamp, install new kitchen sink + cabinet, rewiring and install new aircon. Everything was completed just in time for 2024 raya. Well done Araf and team.
- Shakil is a responsible, honest and trustworthy contractor. He has very good knowledge in the materials/colour tone to be used for kitchen cabinets. He and his team members has done a terrific job!!! Highly compliments for their efforts … More and hard works! Well done guys 👍
- The customized furniture is overall good! Many thanks to Araf and his team for making it all possible. Araf takes the time to understand your needs and preferences before we find a solution together.
- First experience with TK on re-do my kitchen cabinet door, price are reasonable and they are quite responsive, through out the process although they are some small mistake but Araf handle it with care and solve the entire issue quickly, … More overall quite satisfied with him. Will use them again next time.
- Thank you Shakil and Team for the great work at my new place. Our place was done up pretty well by the previous ID, and we needed some renovation to tear down a room and a built in sofa. We did light installation too (lights were purchased … More by ourselves) and they installed them very well and neatly.
There were a few hiccups along the way with the electrical works but Shakil and Team did not hesitate and fix them flawlessly. They even did some paint work to cover those patches on the wall/ceiling that they have to cut open. Which was all done very well.
I had a few other contractors to complete other works, and Shakil even advised me what works should be done first to last.
I feel safe in that my house is in good professional hands, and if they find any problem in the house, they wouldn’t just cover up and walk away from the issue. Overall the experience was very good and I would definitely recommend them!! - The scope of work for our repairs and renovation included electrical wiring work, installation of additional fixtures and a new distribution box, bathroom renovation, replacement of ceiling board, interior/exterior painting, awning and … More carpentry works.
Our project was led by Awlad, who was professional and attentive right from the start. We appreciate that Awlad was always responsive to feedback throughout our project, flexible to accommodate our requests and is upfront in taking responsibility for any rectification work needed.
Near the tail end of our project, a burst hose pipe caused some unexpected damage to our wood flooring - the company went above and beyond our expectations in dealing with the situation, reinforcing our faith in the honesty and integrity of the TK management and work team.
We would like to also commend the team for their hard work especially since they had to deal with the challenges of shifting our furniture and belongings multiple times. Special thanks to Gelman for his quiet diligence and good attitude.
For their integrity and professionalism, we give TK Contractors a 5-star rating!
